Reacting to Ann Coulter's new book "Godless: the Church of Liberalism," two New Jersey State Assemblywomen have begun a motion to BAN the sale of these books in the state of New Jersey. This type of thinking is exemplary of modern liberalism: Tolerate all viewpoints, as long as they don't stand for anything absolute. Respect all ideas except those which disrespect us. Preach open-mindedness, meanwhile, ban books which incriminate us.
This is the underlying spirit of liberalism, and it nauseates me.
By the way, my trip to Spain was 3 weeks of paradise! No politics, no dogs, no stress... just friends, good food, good wine, architectural and historical beauty, CATHOLIC culture.... can it get any better? No!
